A side is any party that requires its own breakout room. Full-day sessions run 9:00 to 5:00 with a working lunch; sessions running later than 5:00 may incur an hourly rate. What the fee covers, and the cancellation policy.

Arbitration and neutral evaluation

Arbitration is billed by the hearing day or by the hour, plus study and travel time, and is set out in a written engagement letter before any work begins. How an arbitration runs.
